IT Technician Wanted!
We are currently looking for an IT technician who wants to work closely with the business and make a tangible difference in users' everyday lives! In this role, you will be a central part of a dedicated team responsible for delivering reliable, modern, and sustainable IT solutions directly on-site!
Your Day-to-Day
In this role, you will have a varied and practical workday where your technical skills are truly appreciated! You will work hands-on with client hardware and be responsible for ensuring users receive the right equipment, the right conditions, and quick assistance when something goes wrong.
You will, among other things:
- Configure, install, and finalize devices according to specifications
- Back up, restore, and troubleshoot computers and hardware
- Administer user permissions and perform synchronization and testing of equipment
- Provide on-site technical support with a professional and service-oriented approach
- Manage and document cases in the case management system
- Install, deliver, and register hardware as well as carry out hardware replacements
Who Are You?
We believe you are someone who thrives in an on-site role where you get to meet people, solve problems, and create great user experiences. You have a natural sense of service, are curious, and can easily adapt when circumstances change.
We would like you to have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a role as an IT technician or similar
- Good technical understanding and confidence in working with computers and hardware
- Experience with case management systems
- The ability to speak and write in Swedish and English
- A valid driver's license (B)
